- Many friends and family ask me to share my recipes. I have decided to blog what I do in my kitchen...I create my own recipes, follow many other chef recipes and I like to alter some recipes to make it my own. I will also give you some tips in the kitchen. I don't specialize in any particular cuisine and can cook anything. You will find my repertoire diverse as I post my recipes! The challenge is to have many types of food stores where you live. Many recipes call for specialized items and with the power of the internet, you can also find it online.
